We ship internationally from the U.K. to most countries. If you see 'Estimate Shipping' at checkout, please get in touch for a quotation.

Repair turnaround is typically 2 business days from when we receive your shipment, unless otherwise specified in the item listing, plus the return shipping time shown at checkout,

Steps to Using Our Repair Service
Purchase a repair service in our store or get in touch if you have any questions.
If your module is installed in a vehicle, remove it ready for shipping.
Print a copy of your order or write down your details and repair requirements. Click here for guidance if not you're not able to print the order form.
Pack your item(s) carefully in a strong box.
Place your order or contact details inside the package.
Use a secure, signed-for service to ship your parcel. See the shipping guide links near the top of this page.
We test your module before we start any repairs. We'll get in touch if we find anything unexpected.
One of our engineers will repair your module using approved industry techniques and oem quality parts.
We re-test your module to verify correct operation. If your module has display panels or user control buttons, these are carefully cleaned.
If required, well send you an invoice and payment link via email, Whan payment is received we'll ship your module back to you. Next Day service in the U.K.
